Bidding plan is bidding but not winning

When a deal is connected to a Bidding Plan and is bidding but not able to win any impressions chances are the setup of the deal is incorrect. Possibly due to issues with e.g. Seat ID, Whitelisting or Domain mapping.

  • Please increase the CPM to make sure we are bidding enough.
  • Please look through DrillDown to make sure there are no CPM overrides that are causing the issue.
  • Make sure that the Seat ID is correct.

If this does not solve your problem you'll have to contact the Publisher based on what your findings are:

Could you please look over the settings for the deal on your end and ensure that all of the following details are correct?

Deal ID: [Insert DEAL ID, eg. 123456789]
Floor Price: [Insert deal floor price in SSP-specific currency, eg. 5 USD]
Formats: [Insert the formats the deal is supposed to run on, eg. 300x250]

If the settings are indeed correct, could you please verify that it's set up for the following advertiser?

Buyer/Seat ID: [Insert agencies Seat ID for the SSP, eg. 12345]
Advertiser: [Insert client, eg. Delta Projects]
Landingpage: [Insert the landingpage that will be used for the deal, eg. www.deltaprojects.com]
Other: [Any other details, like video length or skip/non-skip]

Could you also please verify:

* Is the advertiser whitelisted?
* Is the landingpage approved?
* Are there any other blocks on your end that would hinder us/the client winning?

From talking with our customer the deal is supposed to include format [Insert correct format], however we're only seeing format [Insert format they're sending]. Could you please change the deal settings on your end to send format [Insert correct format]?
